One query is one prompt answered by one AI engine in one market. A run across 9 prompts, 1 market, and 3 AI engines therefore uses 27 queries.
Memory queries cost 1 credit. Live and fixed-cost engines can use more; the calculator below shows the exact total for your selected setup.
Need more credits?
Add a credit top-up pack to any paid plan. Top-up credits never expire. They roll over until spent, and your plan's included credits are always used first. The AI engines available to you always follow your current plan.
Credit top-up packs require a paid plan subscription and add credits, not features or markets. Paid plans cover 12 AI engines: 8 support Memory and 11 support Live coverage. Memory queries do not use live web search; Live queries use web-grounded sources where supported, but citations are not guaranteed. Qwen is Memory-only. Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode are Live-only. Free covers ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in Memory mode. How many credits do you need?

Estimates use 4 weekly or 30 daily polls per month. Manual and custom schedules are available according to your plan, but are not modelled by these presets. Top-ups add credits, not markets, engines or features.
Memory queries do not use live web search. Live queries use current web sources where the engine supports them. Qwen is Memory-only; Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode are Live-only. Which should I choose? Choose Memory for baseline model knowledge, Live for web-grounded results, or Both where supported. Free is limited to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini in Memory mode.

The essentials for your legal team
Prompt handling
When a poll runs, Diploria sends your configured prompt text to the selected third-party AI engine API. Requests do not include your name, email, or other personal account details.
Response retention
Poll responses and results are stored for your account while it is active. After a verified organisation deletion, live records and private files are removed; recovery backups expire within 90 days.
Your configuration stays private
Your brand, prompt, and competitor configuration is scoped to your account and authorised workspace members. It is not shown to other Diploria customers.
