Why we built Diploria
We have spent nearly twenty years in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing, and nothing in that time has moved the ground like AI. This is the biggest shift in how people find brands since Google, and it opens a gap that the usual analytics stack simply does not cover. Your dashboards can tell you how people reach your site. They cannot tell you what an AI assistant says about you before anyone gets there.
That felt like a problem worth solving, and a natural next layer on top of the search and content work we already do. So we built the tool we wanted: one place to see how AI represents your brand, how you stack up, and what to change.
What Diploria does
Diploria tracks your brand across eight AI surfaces: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, Google AI Overviews, and Google AI Mode. Every result comes from a real AI answer, polled through live APIs and stored, never estimated. It works in three parts.
Track. You build a library of the questions your customers actually ask, branded and unbranded, and Diploria runs them on a schedule. It reads each answer, finds your brand (including aliases and misspellings), and captures the sources each engine cites. You can ask each assistant two ways: Memory, which is what the model already knows about you, and Live, which is what it finds when it searches the web first. The gap between the two is often the most telling thing you will see.
Analyze. Diploria turns those answers into metrics you can act on. A single Visibility Score from 0 to 100 combines how often you are mentioned and how favorably. Share of Voice measures you against competitors on the exact same questions. Sentiment tracks whether AI describes you positively, neutrally, or negatively, per engine, over time. And you can drill into any single answer to read exactly what an assistant said and why.
Optimize. The AI Readiness Scan grades any page from 0 to 100 across five pillars and gives you a prioritized checklist of what to fix. This part is just getting started: a much bigger Optimize release is on the way, and it will turn your visibility data into specific actions.
For agencies, everything is multi-brand, with white-label PDF reports you can put in front of clients and role-based access for your team.
